What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. Local storage is a similar browser feature that lets a website remember information on your device. UK privacy rules apply to both cookies and similar storage technologies.
What the main website uses
The main Totel Protect website currently uses only essential local storage. It does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.

Optional categories
Analytics
Analytics technologies help website owners understand visits and improve pages. No analytics service is currently installed on the main website. If one is added in future, it will remain blocked until you opt in.
Marketing
Marketing technologies may support personalised advertising or campaign measurement. No marketing tracker is currently installed on the main website. If one is added in future, it will remain blocked until you opt in.
Shopify checkout
When you choose to proceed to checkout, you leave the main website and visit shop.totelprotect.com, which is operated using Shopify. Shopify may use essential cookies and other technologies to provide the basket, checkout, security, fraud prevention and payment functions you request. External services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays two embedded Instagram reels on the homepage. Your browser connects to those services to retrieve the content, which means they receive standard technical request information such as your IP address and browser details and may use their own cookies. Links to Instagram, Trustpilot and other external websites are governed by those services' own policies when you choose to visit them.
Managing or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, the privacy banner lets you accept all optional categories, reject all non-essential technologies or choose individual categories. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer.
You can also delete stored information through your browser settings. Doing so may empty your basket and cause the consent banner to appear again.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and ask for fresh consent where appropriate if the technologies or purposes used by the website change.
